Prevent. Restore. Transform.
Keeping kids out of prison — and giving second chances to those already there.
Equipping families, schools, and communities to stop the cycle and change the outcome.

Breaking Cycles.
Building Futures.

A student skipping class. A teenager experimenting with drugs or alcohol. A young person slipping through the cracks—drawn to the wrong crowd, disconnected from school, or headed down a dangerous path. You want to help. But what exactly should you be looking for—and how do you reach them before the justice system does?
That’s where Chris Wolfe comes in.
With nearly 20 years of experience working inside the prison system—and hundreds of interviews with men who were incarcerated as teens or young adults—Chris brings a rare and urgent perspective to the conversation about youth, justice, and redemption.

Through compelling stories and real-life insights, Chris helps parents, educators, counselors, and professional associations understand how to intervene early and effectively. His talks illuminate the most common pathways to prison and offer practical strategies for guiding young people toward better choices. Chris has a leadership role in one of the most successful corrections transition programs in Florida. Since founding The Voices of Time Gavel Club in 2007, he’s helped nearly 600 incarcerated men successfully reenter society, with a recidivism rate under 1 percent, a remarkable achievement in a state where the average exceeds 20 percent.
Whether you’re organizing a conference, planning an educational event, or shaping policy in higher education, Chris’s message will leave your audience better equipped, more connected, and moved to action.
Supporting Lifelong Transformation
"If we can help hardened criminals transition back into and become productive members of society, why can’t we reach our children early enough, before they commit their first crime?"

Prevention

with Understanding
From the classroom to the community, Chris Wolfe helps parents, educators, and professionals recognize the early warning signs that can lead young people down the wrong path.
Through powerful storytelling, lived experience, and evidence-based insight, Chris equips audiences to intervene with empathy and effectiveness, long before a sentence is ever served. Whether speaking to schools, professional associations, or parent groups, Chris bridges the gap between awareness and action, showing how small shifts in support can change the trajectory of a life.

Redemption is Always Possible
Chris has spent nearly 20 years working inside Florida’s correctional system, helping life-sentenced men prepare for parole and reentry after 25-50+ years behind bars—all of whom were convicted of first or second degree murder and/or armed robbery.
As a board member of Regina B. Shearn (RBS) Corrections Transition Program and the founder of the Voices of Time Gavel Club, Chris has taught hundreds of incarcerated individuals how to communicate with confidence, think critically, and rebuild a sense of purpose. With a recidivism rate under 1%, his work proves what’s possible when people are given the tools to grow—and the opportunity to be seen for who they are today, not just what they did in the past.
Wisdom from Both Sides of the System
Having interviewed hundreds of men who’ve spent their lives in prison—including those once on death row—Chris brings unmatched perspective to every stage. With 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and public speaking instructor, he delivers talks that are honest, moving, and deeply human.
Whether he’s addressing criminal justice students, school counselors, or substance use prevention coalitions, Chris helps audiences understand how teenagers and adolescents can end up in prison.
